All transactions carried out on a secure server, no information will be given to anyone other than the necessary institutions to carry out the specific transaction.

Special orders and /or designs, must have, specific drawings, measurements and list of materials to be used if other than what is normally used.

We will not manufacture any item that is prohibited by the laws of the United States or any other country, including items that are requested to be made with parts of any endangered or protected species.

Because of incurred costs, deposits or payments for special orders that meet all specifications and qualifications, will not be refunded if item is refused at time of delivery.

Items that are defective at time of delivery because of materials or manufacture will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the client.

Items that exceed 1lb may incur additional shipping charges.
